Donovan came to check our 12+ year old dryer which just quit working. He quickly identified the cause, a burnt control board, but unfortunately Whirlpool doesn't make the part anymore. Being more than 12 years old, the only option left is to buy a new unit. He gave us recommendations of various brands/models with good reliability from his years of experience in the repair work. We were surprised some brand name models that looked so beautiful actually were very unreliable! We really appreciate that information. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors for any appliance repairs they may need.

Donovan came out and fixed my dryer the same day! Much cheaper than buying a new one! Part was cheap but taking the dryer apart was above my pay grade. Donovan had no issues installing the new part and now it works as good as new!
